Portorož 2013

Registration of invited workshop participants is now open. A CERN Indico account is required, which can be created here.

We kindly ask the participants to fill in the registration form and also submit the title and abstract of their intended contribution.

The participant registration fee is 220 € for early payment until February 28 2013 (250 € from March 1 2013 onwards). It includes coffee breaks, conference dinner, social activities and guided excursion. Conference fee for accompanying persons is 100 € and includes excursion, social activities, and conference dinner. See Social Events for more information.

Participants are invited to provide by themselves their accommodation. We advise to make hotel reservations well in advance due to the great touristic affluence. See Accommodation for more information.

In case you require assistance with transfer to the workshop venue from one of the nearby airports or cities, please contact Mrs. Krznar and provide her with your travel details as soon as possible, as we might try to arrange a single pickup for several participants.
