Important: We kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment of the Public Roads Act, as of 1 July 2008, use of vignettes in Slovenia is obligatory for all vehilcles with the permissible maximum weight of 3.500 kg. Purchase of a vignette is obligatory for use of all toll roads. Vignettes can be purchased on all petrol stations in Slovenia, Italy, Austria and in Croatia and in branch offices of automobile clubs.

Free wireless internet access will be provided for all workshop participants within the conference venue for the duration of the workshop.

For all participants of the workshop, all social events are covered by the organizers.
Conference Dinner
Conference dinner will be held on Wednesday, April 12th at a local Piran restaurant. The price of the conference dinner for the accompanying persons is 35 €.
Excursion "White Rocks, White Caves, Dream Tastes"
An excursion to the famous Carso caves including a typical local dinner is planned in the afternoon on April 14th. The excursion will commence at 13h in front of the workshop venue. Return is forseen around midnight.
The price of the excursion for the accompanying persons is 80 €.
