Registration of invited workshop participants is now open. A CERN Indico account is required, which can be created here.

We kindly ask the participants to fill in the registration form and also submit the title and abstract of their intended contribution.

The participant registration fee is 200.00 €. It includes coffee breaks, conference dinner, social activities and a book of abstracts. The price of the conference dinner and excursion for the accompanying persons is 35.00 € and 80.00 € respectively. See Social Events for more informaion.

The conference fee has to be paid, in cash and in euro (only), at the registration desk at the conference venue (Hotel "Slovenija"). On-site registration will be held on Monday April 11th from 8:30 am onwards.

Participants are invited to provide by themselves to their accommodation. We advise to make hotel reservations well in advance, due to the great touristic affluence. See Accommodation for more information.

In case you require assistance with transportation to the workshop venue from one of the nearby airports or cities, please let us know of your travel details as soon as possible, as we might try to arrange a single pickup for several participants. See Transportation for more details.
