Accomodation

The organizers suggest the atendees stay at one of the following Hotels offer, which will offer a discounted rate for the participants of the conference for reservations made up to three weeks (21) days before the conference starts, i.e. Tuesday, March 21 2023.

Each room should include lodging with breakfast and full access to the Hotel's heated seawater and thermal pools. The Hotels charge parking extra - and is only available until full.

You can make your reservations through email or phone call: +386 5 692 9001 (note that +386 is the country code for Slovenia). When making the booking please let them know that you are attending the conference and that you would like to take advantage of the discounted rate. For that you will also need the secret password, which is "HEP23".
